Italian ECE Educators Visit!

On September 21st, from Italy, early childhood educators visited Villaggio!

They are from Hoopla Education, which is well known for their world wide gardening project. Their focus is on the young children’s nature inspired programs. So, this time, they have been visiting Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and here, Tai Po!  We were very pleased to welcome such dedicated educators.

Morning circle time. A 4y old girl volunteered to lead our circle time.

Angelica’s son started crying, so Villaggio children were trying to calm him down. Boys were giving tissue paper to wipe his tears. And, you know, this is our culture. We take care of our friends, and younger children are watching how “big kids” are treating. Very simple, but very effective EQ learning.

Now, he is OK!     Do you see a boy who is holding him on his lap?  He is 2y old! Such a sweet kid!!!

It was nice to meet them, and we could have very inspiring information exchange.
